SilverCloud - online mental health programme

If you're worried, feeling low or stressed, or finding it hard to sleep, you may want to explore our online mental health programme from SilverCloud. There are four courses for help with:

  • anxiety
  • depression and low mood
  • stress
  • body image

The programmes use clinically proven tools based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques. It will help you identify your key problems and offers activities to help you overcome them.

SilverCloud programmes have high improvement rates for depression, anxiety and stress and can be accessed from your computer, tablet or mobile phone.

SilverCloud is a confidential space and no-one from inside or outside the University will have access to the work you're doing in the programme.

However, as you work through the questions, if any of your answers indicate you're at risk because of thoughts of harm to yourself or others, this will be flagged to wellbeing via a confidential email. In these circumstances, someone from the wellbeing team will contact you by email to offer further support.
