  • Support hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 5.45pm

Southend Campus IT Helpdesk

  • Visit us: TF.2.03, Info Point, Learning Hub
  • Support hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.00pm

Loughton Campus IT Helpdesk

  • Visit us: at the Library and IT Center, Hatfields
  • Support hours: Monday 8am to 8pm, Tuesday to Friday 8am to 9pm, Saturday 12pm to 5pm
