Operational communications

Communications Management Document (.pdf) to be used by Estate Management staff only

SOTER

We use an electronic system called SOTER to manage approved contractors and monitor key organisational information such as insurance and accreditations expiry dates and ensure all have benefited from the Estates induction. It also enables operatives to log on and off site.
