Whether you’re looking for a high-intensity workout like cycle, Dance Fitness and Insanity®, a conditioning session like Core and Stability, Metafit or Studio Pump, or our holistic classes like Pilates or Yoga, our fitness instructors offer members an unrivalled range of classes which utilise our fully air-conditioned, spacious and versatile fitness studios.
And as a gold or silver member you can enjoy any of our classes for FREE.

We offer virtual classes for some of our yoga, cycling and conditioning sessions. This increasingly popular ‘Fitness on Demand’ approach gives you the flexibility to workout outside of normal class hours. An instructor will always be on hand to get the class started and answer any questions you may have.
We run Virtual Support sessions every Friday at 6.10pm, where you can come along and get used to a virtual fitness routine. Each week our Support sessions cover a different class style, giving you the opportunity to explore the world of virtual fitness and ensure you’re making the most of our high-tech facilities.
All classes are included within our Essex Sport Gold membership package, and classes taken before 3 pm are included within the Silver membership. For Silver members who would like to attend a peak-time class, bronze members and non-members, the following fees apply:
About the classes
Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Sports Centre has to cancel classes at short notice. In these instances, reception will inform you at the earliest opportunity.
