Biography

I have been qualified as an Occupational Therapist for 22 years (completing my degree at the then Essex School of Occupational Therapy). My work experience mainly lies with community mental health working in secondary care in the NHS. I have also worked in social care and forensic mental health for a private organisation. I am currently undertaking the MSc in Healthcare Practice at University of Essex. I have a specialist interest in the mental health, particularly peer support, social prescribing and co-production.
