Biography

Vanessa is a Senior Research Officer with extensive experience of research and evaluation within industry and local government. Vanessa has been a Certified Member of the Market Research Society since 1994. While working for Essex County Council for nearly 20 years, Vanessa undertook a wide variety of research, evaluation and engagement projects for a range of services including Adult Social Care, Children’s Social Care and Public Health. This has included supporting projects involving looked after children, young people not in employment, education or training (NEET), carers, bus services and libraries. She now leads on external collaborative research and service evaluations as part of her role as a Senior Researcher for the Health and Care Research Service.
