Where to go
If you will be living on the North of campus (The Houses, Wolfson Court, William Morris, Rayleigh, Keynes and Tawney Towers), please go to the upper foyer of the Ivor Crew Lecture Hall (round silver building) on Square 5. You can access this by walking along the North Causeway from the North car park, and continue passed the Tony Rich Teaching centre, then under The Hex building, which will take you to Square 4, leading to Square 5. Opening hours are 10am and 4pm, Security will be available here outside of these hours.
Luggage
Please do not take your luggage or family with you to collect your key. You will be able to use a trolley to unload your belongings after you collect your key, which will be available near the barrier in the car park. Please also make sure you only bring what you need and that everything is securely packed and easy for you to transport, as staff are not able to help with your luggage.
Moving In
Please make sure you are wearing a face covering at all times and use the hand sanitiser available when you collect your key. Ideally, you will move your belongings into your flat on your own but if you do need help, you are only permitted one person to help you. Again, you both need to be wearing face coverings in the accommodation and adhere to social distancing; staying at least 2 metres apart where possible.
