Each year many bicycles are left unclaimed on campus grounds. So that we know which ones not to remove, everyone is advised towards the end of each academic year to register their bike at the . You'll need to complete a form and you'll be given a coloured cable tie to attach to your bike.
After the advertised cut-off date, bikes without a cable tie or found away from a University bike park will be taken into storage.
To retrieve your bike (provided it has been found and stored), contact the Information Centre to arrange a time to collect it. You'll need to prove ownership (ideally proof of purchase) as well as provide a good description of the bike. Alternatively, if it was locked and subsequently removed by Patrol Officers, bring your lock key or combination code as the lock will have been retained to aid identification.
We will contact the owners of University-tagged bikes that we find and arrange for their return.
