We have excellent links with hospitality employers through our continued efforts to engage them with our programmes and our students - in the Graduates Outcomes 2020 100% of our former students surveyed were in employment following the conclusion of their degrees with us.

We're proud of the diversity of industry-led activities we can offer throughout your Masters year with us. We are hopeful to have resumed normal activities by the beginning of your MSc, which will include the chance to attend the EHS Annual Careers Fair that is attended by dozens of prospective employers, our annual Conference and Alumni Networking evening and numerous practitioner-led workshops and masterclasses. 

Our proximity to London (45 mins on direct train from Colchester station) also allows us opportunities to engage with world-renowned organisations in one of the most visited and recognised hospitality hubs in the world.

With our own fully-commercial 4* hotel, students of the Edge Hotel School at any level are able to gain valuable experience and a practical understanding of an authentic hotel environment, working alongside supportive and experienced hotel employees. On our MSc, you will gain the chance to engage in experiential learning as part of the International Food, Beverage and Accommodation Management module and will utilise the hotel as a live case study.

Led by Edge Hotel School but delivered in collaboration with Essex Business School, this Masters will give its student a comprehensive academic experience of both the international hospitality sector and applying the concepts of international management strategies to the international hospitality industry.
