Advertising

Advertising in Wyvern is offered to members of the campus community and external advertisers at very competitive prices. Rates start at just £10 (plus VAT).

Wyvern is circulated widely across campus and within the local community via schools, libraries, and other organisations. The print run for each issue is 3,200.

To advertise in Wyvern, send the contents of your advertisement to Holly Ward in the Communications Office including your name, contact telephone number and full postal address. Details can be submitted by post or via e-mail (wyvern@essex.ac.uk). To ensure that your advertisement is published in your chosen issue of Wyvern please refer to the deadline dates on the Wyvern homepage.

Current rates are:
45mm x 29.5mm*	£10
sixteenth of page (45mm x 63mm)	£20
eighth of page (94mm x 63mm)	£30
quarter page (94mm x 129.5mm)	£60
half page (191.5mm x 129.5mm)	£120
full page	£220	Plus VAT in all cases

*The maximum number of words for this sized advert is 30, or 20 for a more attractive layout.

Discounts
Eighth of a page advertisements and larger placed in all three issues of Wyvern during one term receive a £10 discount.

Payment
Advertisers are invoiced for payment following the publication of their advertisement. Those advertisers eligible for the above discount will be invoiced for the full amount after the publication of the first advertisement.
