The full online English-language edition of the Handbook is now available.

10 December 2002

Launched on International Human Rights Day, 10 December 2002, the Reporting Killings as Human Rights Violations Handbook can be ordered through this new website. The Handbook will also be made available in downloadable electronic formats in a variety of languages, plus a full online English-language version.
